what are those things you use on flatbed trailers to join to chains together?
okay so you use them when your securing a load with chains. its got a hook on both ends and a lever. hook up both ends and pull the lever and it pulls the to chains tight. what are those things called?
LOAD BINDERS! thats it. anyone know what stores sell them? I dont have time to order them
