Should i be worried about my hearing?
I'm 16, and i dont listen to ipods but i listen to my speakers and stereo on pretty loud most days for maybe an hour or two, but i dont sit by the computer, i'll move away maybe 6 metres into another room. Recently, i've noticed i've become sensitive to loud noises especially high-pitched sounds. Today in church they used these very high pitched sounding instruments and i felt like plugging my ears because the loudness of the music was irratating me, but everyone felt okay and i asked my sister and she said it wasnt that loud. My ears are always itchy or hurting or something inside and especially my left ear. From time to time i'll hear a quick high pitched sound in my ear for a second or two. I dont know whats wrong, do you think these are the first signs of hearing loss?
