Can I install a legitimate Mac OS X Leopard on a computer custom built?

You can install a legal copy of Mac OS X Leopard on a bespoke i7/core2 Intel duo team? if not, what I have to install a legitimate copy? or rather it is not possible to install OS X without patching? easier to do this? Are there any hardware requirements for OS X to run on a PC?

There is no way to install a "legitimate" copy of Mac OS on a PC. Apple will not license its operating system software for use in anything other than a Mac
