what is a clean 1980 xr200 worth?
Hey i have a 1980 xr200 with a 25cc big bore kit and a new gold bbr gas cap. It runs perfect because the engine was completely rebuilt but the plastics and pipe have signs of wear. The plastics are brand new and the kill switch is falling off but works. i just want to know how much its worth, oh and the speedometer reads 1045 miles.
if in decent running shape, the price could range from $600 up to about $1200 based on appearance, condition of chain, sprockets, tires, etc. likewise, it will be worth more if you have the title for it.
you somewhat contradicted yourself stating "the plastics and pipe have signs of wear" versus "the plastics are brand new" ... if brand new, how can they show signs of wear?
anyway, $600 in rough but running shape up to about $1200 in decent condition in running shape.
